EDUCARE began in 1992 in Nkwen, Bamenda, starting as a small daycare center with 15 children, one classroom, and a few dedicated caregivers. The school offered kindergarten education in both French and English, and by 1994, the first group of children graduated from nursery school.

By 1999, the first six students graduated from primary school, marking the beginning of a tradition of 100% exam success, a reputation the school continues to uphold. In 2021, EDUCARE expanded to include secondary education, offering a broader range of subjects and extracurricular activities. Over the years, the school has become known for its academic excellence and innovation, drawing students from across the region.
